1. METHOD OF ADVANCE PAYMENT:

All orders, unless otherwise agreed, are processed by courier or Postal service (Poste Italiane S.p.A.), according the following method and cost:

Euro 6,80 - Tracked Shipping (the expedition will be always traceable and the service will be operated by courier or similar service by Poste Italiane S.p.A.)

For advance payment it will be possible to make the payment corresponding to the amount of the goods purchased plus shipping costs, in the following ways:

To speed up the shipment process, it is necessary to send a receipt of payment to the e-mail address clut@inrete.it, specifying the order number issued by the system.

- Secure electronic payment with Banca Sella (GestPay)

- Payment via Voucher 18APP / Carta Docente. This will be verified by us once the order is received.

Guidelines for the correct compilation of the voucher:
- the 18 APP voucher must be of the exact amount indicated at the time of its insertion.

- if the voucher is not recognized by the system during the acceptance phase or if it is not filled in correctly, it will be refused, the order will be automatically canceled and you will receive an email requesting verification. At this point you can eventually cancel the voucher through the 18App platform / Carta Docente and return the new code to us via a new order.


2. SHIPPING COSTS ABROAD

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cost of the chosen shipping type.

The shipping costs that shipments abroad for the following countries amount to 18,00 €:
Spain (excluding Canary islandS), France, Germany, Portugal, Austria. For other countries it is essential to request a quote in advance of sending and paying.

A different indication must be expressly requested by the customer (and agreed with the Publisher) to whom the costs relating to the type of shipment requested will be provided. The Customer will receive the quote by e-mail. The volumes will be sent promptly upon verification of payment.


3. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES

The order fulfillment service is not guaranteed on holidays and weekdays
